By using this website or booking a session with Dan Sharp Quantum Healing, you agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of Services
Dan Sharp provides remote energy healing using Emotion Code®, The Body Code™, & the Belief Code® These are complementary modalities and are not medical treatments.
2. Session Booking
Appointments must be booked in advance through the online system. Clients will receive confirmation and reminder emails.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
– You may cancel/reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance.
– Cancelling an appointment after already agreeing to the Terms and Conditions will not guarantee you a refund, you will be charged in full, as you are taking up the appointment space for another client.

4. Payment
– Payment is due at the time of booking.
– Prices are in GBP and may be converted for international clients by your provider.
5. Client Responsibility
– You are responsible for your own emotional and physical well-being.
– You confirm you are mentally and emotionally stable to participate in sessions.
6. Confidentiality
All client details are kept strictly confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
7. Right to Refuse Service
Dan Sharp reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if a client behaves abusively or is not aligned with the purpose of the practice.
8. Informed Consent
By booking a session, you confirm that:
– You understand the nature of the services
– You accept that results are not guaranteed
– You voluntarily give your informed consent to participate
9. International Clients (Including U.S.)
By booking from outside the UK (including the United States), you accept that these services are governed by UK law and are not licensed healthcare in your jurisdiction.
📌 ADDITIONAL TERMS: Minors and Animals
10. Consent for Minors (Under 18)
Energy healing sessions for clients under the age of 18 may only be booked with written parental or guardian consent.
– A parent or legal guardian must be present during the session, or provide express permission for the session to occur in their absence.
– By booking a session for a minor, the parent or guardian confirms they understand and accept the nature of the services provided.
11. Animal Healing Sessions
Dan Sharp Quantum Healing also offers energy healing services for animals. These sessions are not a replacement for veterinary care.
– The owner or legal guardian of the animal must provide consent before any session takes place.
– The owner accepts full responsibility for the animal’s health and well-being, and agrees to consult a licensed veterinarian as appropriate.
